This website is a subdomain of the ENIGE project website and, upon registration, it provides access to the ENGIE Methodology Course for science teachers. This website is owned and operated by the ENGIE Project Consortium that is constituted by the following partners: University of Miskolc, Luleå University of Technology, European Federation of Geologists, La Palma Research Centre, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Mining, Geology and       Petroleum EngineeringItalian National Research Council

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register for an event organised by ENGIE Project. We also collect information when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, complete surveys, provide feedback or participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect the following information about you when you register for the ENGIE Methodology Course: 

  • Username 
  • Email address
  • First name 
  • Surname 
  • City (optional)
  • Country (optional)
Please note that your name, username and public profile will be visible to other course participants to allow for networking among science teachers. In case you do not wish to disclose your identity, please make sure to choose an anonymised name, username, no profile picture, and update the "Message preferences" and "Edit profile" sections at the Preferences page.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your registration for the ENGIE Methodology Course. Your information is only accessible to the ENGIE partners responsible for the website management (European Federation of Geologists). We will periodically extract anonymised data for statistical purposes. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties. 

Your data will be kept for statistical purposes up to 6 months after the end of the ENGIE project (June 2023). Afterwards your data will be completely erased. 

Marketing

ENGIE Project disseminates information about project work and related activities by email. If you have consented to receive email-marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send an email to anita.stein_at_eurogeologists.eu.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
